RECYCLING SERVICES
We offer recycling services as part of our weekly curbside trash pick up program. The two categories for recycling are Paper and Commingle. We prefer that you use standard recycle bins which are available for purchase directly from us.
PAPER (Mixed Household Paper)
Included:
- Newspapers
- Magazines
- Paper Bags
- Office Paper
- Catalogs
- Phone books
- Junk Mail (plastic envelope windows, staples, paper clips are ok)
- Cereal Boxes
- Manila folders
- Carrier Stock (cardboard from soda/beer carriers)
Excluded:
- Food-soiled paper
- Foil-lined paper
- Plastic bags
- Hanging file folders
- Tissues/Paper towels
- Waxed paper
- Tyvek/plastic coated paper
- Pet food/Kitty litter/Fertilizer/Charcoal bags
- Photographs
COMMINGLE (Glass, Plastic, Metal, Cartons)
Glass (Please rinse all glass goods and dispose of covers)
Included:
- All clear and colored glass containers (labels are OK)
Excluded:
- Window glass
- Pyrex cookware
- Light bulbs
- Drinking glasses
- Mirrors
- Auto glass
- Pottery/ceramics
- Dishes
- Crystal
PLASTIC (#1, #2, #3)
Included:
- Any type of container or item of the type of plastic listed above
Excluded:
- All plastic containers numbered 4 through 9
- Plastic bags/plastic wrapping
METAL (Please rinse food containers; labels OK)
